CHURCHILL PROPERTIES are independent residential letting and management specialists to whom you can confidently entrust your property and who have provided a professional and friendly service to Landlords and Tenants since 1989.

To let and manage properties is a 24/7 undertaking and we treat each property as though it were our own. We do not mix sales and rentals as we firmly believe this does create conflict of interest and divided loyalties. Although rental income is important, at Churchill Properties we believe that the quality of tenant is fundamental and vital in maintaining a good tenancy. Based on these principles our business has grown from strength to strength.
   
Directors Nigel and Judith Southall have been actively involved in the letting industry since 1986 and own other letting and property management Companies in the Cotswolds and Gloucester areas. Their expertise, professionalism and commitment in letting and managing prestigious properties in the Cotswolds are now offered to Landlords not only in the areas we are well known for but also to Landlords in the towns, villages and countryside of South Devon.

The current team at Churchill Properties – Kate Kitto, Emma Webber, Linda Carter and Kerrie Wilson, who between them have over 20 years experience will continue to assist landlords and tenants in providing an efficient and professional service overseen by Nigel and Judith.
