If you decide to rent a property through
ourselves, your details will be forwarded to an independent
referencing agency. Provided the references are satisfactory, an
Assured Shorthold Agreement will be drawn between the landlord and
yourself. |

A deposit that is equivalent to one month’s
rental plus £100 is secured by the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS);
one month’s rent will also be required as will our fee. |

An Inventory and Schedule of Condition is
also compiled by Churchill Properties for you to agree sign and
return once you have moved in to your new home. |
